54: Trump's 747 Graft and Brazilian Meddling, Hegseth's Swan Song, & Newton, MA's Attempted Ethnic Erasure

Welcome to 54th episode of David & Stu… Unhinged! As always, we'd like to thank Clara Wang for creating the fantastic artwork for this podcast..

The topics this week will include the following:

1) Trump has accepted a 747 from Qatar, a supporter of Iran and Hamas, as a gift and he and his sycophants, Hegseth and the like, are now hiding the costs for refurbishing this legally and constitutionally questionable transaction.

2) There is talk that Hegseth may leave the Defense Department to run for either Governor or Senator in Tennessee.. We express our gratitude for this possibility since Hegseth's management of the Pentagon has been disastrous, and feel the damage he may cause as Governor or Senator would be far more limited than in his current role.

3) Trump has threatened Brazil with heavy tariffs and imposed sanctions on a judge in a highly questionable manner to save Jair Messias Bolsonaro from an investigation by the Supreme Court into his attempted coup and plotting assassinations. Trump's interference in the internal politics of a foreign country is not only inconsistent with his America First policies but is also unheard of, disgraceful, and highly unsuccessful.

4) Liberal Newton, MA Mayor Ruth Ruth Anne Miller has caused a stir when she attempted to ethnically erase an Italian-American neighborhood by painting over the Italian flag colors under false pretenses during an annual festival that has taken place for over 90 years. Her overreach is another example of left-wing hypocrisy about racism and discrimination.
